A Program Aide/Driver primarily functions as an assistant to the rehabilitation staff in any area that might benefit the participants with developmental disabilities in the rehabilitation process or program.

1. May be assigned as group leader to facilitate non-therapeutic groups in prevocational, recreational, vocational and/or mental health topics.

2. May be assigned to assist in the completion of activity-based groups for individuals in all program areas.

3. Provides supervision/monitoring of participants during field trips.

4. Operates a 7 to 12 passenger vehicle.

5. Transports participants to and from home, group activities, and other destinations.

6. Assists participants in and out of the van when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.13 - $19.50 per hour
