Job Coaching
Inroads Supported Employment Services assists adults with disabilities prepare for and secure employment by offering customized support to those in need of assistance in finding and maintaining a job. Our team of employment professionals help with exploring career options, finding potential employers, teaching interview strategies, job coaching, and providing long-term supports to help keep a job.
For those individuals interested in our Certified Training Programs as a means to better prepare for employment, Inroads offers Certified Training Programs in ServSafe Food Service, Retail/Customer Service, Janitorial/Maintenance, and OSHA Forklift Operation.
Placement
An Inroads Employment Specialist works one on one with each participant to match their skills and interests with employment opportunities and conducts a skills assessment.
Participants receive training in job seeking skills, handling interviews, managing transportation and understanding constructive feedback.
Follow Along (L.T.F.A)
Inroads builds relationships with both employers and workers to make the employment experience productive and rewarding for all parties. For those who need ongoing supports, long term follow services are available. Inroads will continue to assist individuals throughout the longevity of their career and work to help with any challenges they may face in the workplace such as adapting to a new supervisor, experiencing performance feedback and changes in work demands, scheduling, transportation, life events and expectations.
